So the Rodriguez family has some good news...we are finally in escrow. Yea! The home we hope to get meets all our criteria we set up before we started looking into buying a home. It's completely God's Hand of grace and blessing at work here. We can't wait to get to work on it...we haveSO much to do, but are so thankful that we'll be able to finally have a residence we can call our own. The big move will take place in mid December, so we'll have to make the best of this Christmasseason as we attempt to make our home suitable for human habitation. Please keep us in prayer.
Firstly, I’m a wife to my amazing husband Erik. We've been married for five years. He's my best friend and sidekick in all things. Secondly, I am a stay-at-home mom to two incredible little boys who as much as I am crazy about them, drive me crazy most days. Thirdly, I am a daughter to my wonderful parents and a sister to the best little sis ever and four really unique and stellar brothers. All of the other roles I have sort of all mess together.I try to be a good friend, but I almost always fail at that. This time in my life has been craved out for little more then parenting. Kids truly change everything. Erik and I love being parents and adore our boys...some days are just harder then others. It's on those days that I am so grateful that above all else, my most important role is being a servant of God. It's because of what Jesus did on the cross that gives me hope and purpose everyday of my life. Outside of Him, I am only a lost traveler with a map I can not understand and no compass to guide me. He is the only one who gives me the strength to travel on the path He’s set out before me.
